The listing or online status of the local business help them find what important information or NAP they have missed to mention. Except that the co-relation between the customers and local businesses will be more reinforce by the effort.
Google has assured to provide a year free website and domain name for the local businesses along with an algorithm or guideline to be online with Google. The role of consumers in the newly launched program is quite appreciable.
